Our service provides you with an option to add Additional System Users in addition to the System Administrator. The Additional System Users can log in and work with our service in the way as System Administrators. They can add new employees, process pay, E-file etc,. The only constraint they have is they cannot add new System Users.

Simply select Chart of Setup from the Employer/Setup drop down menu. Now click on Manage User A/C under PASSWORD & USER A/C. Select System User. Click on Appoint System User to add a new system user. The employees of your company will be listed on the screen. To appoint an employee as a system user, select the employee whom you wish to appoint and click on Appoint System User Selected. Enter the details, Enter the correct E-Mail address of the system user. An email with all the sign in details will be sent to the email address of the additional system user which he can use to log in to our service. Enter the other details and click on Save.
