Please note, for security reasons Support Staff cannot and will not discuss any user's sign in details either over the phone or via e-mail. If you have forgotten all your sign in details the only way to retrieve them is through the system.
On the User Sign In screen, click on the 'Click here if you have forgotten your Sign-In Details' link. Further click on I have Lost / Forgot all the Sign In Details Retrieve button. Enter the requested information regarding your company and click on the Submit button. If the company information you have entered matches what we have recorded in the system, your personal identity will then need to be verified by you faxing us proof of ID. If satisfactory, your Sign In details will then be retrieved and sent by registered post to the company address we have recorded for you on the system. Please note, because of the time/administration costs involved, we reserve the right to charge a fee for this retrieval service.
