2304. Why can't my employee activate his / her employee Internet Account?
 
There might be two reasons:-

  • Wrong Date of Birth:- Your employee needs to enter a date of birth that exactly matches the date of birth you have entered for him/her on the system. Please check you are both entering the same date.
  • Wrong E-Mail address:- Please check the employee's E-Mail address. You might have accidentally entered the wrong email address for the employee. To correct a wrong address select Employee in the Tasking Zone menu bar and then further select View / Edit employee details. Click on the View / Edit link for the employee concerned, then click on the View / Edit button next to the "Employee's Payroll Internet Account". Click on the Edit button, edit the E-Mail address and click on the Save button to save the changes.
