| 3202. How do I enter Basic Pay? | ||
Basic pay is entered directly on the PayRun page for each employee. Hours/number and rate amounts for Basic pay may be entered or changed at any time. If the employee is paid a fixed wage, i.e. 200 per week it is possible to enter this by entering 1 in the Hours/No column and 200 in the Rate column. Alternatively it can be paid as an hourly rate i.e. 40 Hours at a rate of 5. |
