We provide the facility for you to quickly and easily import in one go employee details from any other application/package to our service. To do this simply select Others from the menu bar. Click on Import Data. The on-screen writing clearly explains the import procedure. Once you have read the instructions click on the Continue button. To upload the employee data CSV file from your system to our service/application, click on the Upload Employee Detail CSV File link. Click on the Browse button to select the CSV file to upload to our server. In the Step 3 field, enter your own CSV File reference number, this is optional. Now click on the upload button to upload the CSV file. Our package will then validate and upload the CSV file.

If the status shows “Import failed” it means that you have not filled in the spreadsheet correctly. Please correct the errors indicated and upload the CSV file to our server once again. You can read through the supporting/ instruction document which will help you to fill in the spreadsheet in the correct format. If you have successfully uploaded the CSV file, the Importing data status will appear as “Pending” which means that the employee data is ready to be imported to our application. Please verify that all the employee details you uploaded are correct. Click on view to view the employee details. To import the CSV file, check the box corresponding to the appropriate Importer name and click on the “Click to Import” button. Now enter the Sign In password that you use to sign in to our service to confirm the import and click on the Import or Confirm button. Your Employee data will then be successfully imported to our package. You can view the uploaded data by simplying going to View / Edit in the Employee module. All your uploaded employee details will be imported here.
